Oakridge Village Hall - Thursday 22nd to Saturday 24th November 7:30pmHi-de-Hi! the hilariously funny hit TV show from the 1980s is coming to Oakridge Village Hall this November. Set in the 1950s in Maplins, a fictional holiday camp, the play revolves around the lives of the camp's entertainers, most of them struggling actors or has-beens. It’s a warm-hearted look back at the holiday camp world that was hugely popular in the mid-20th Century. This stage version of the show was written by Paul Carpenter and Ian Gower adapted from the TV series by David Croft and Jimmy Perry. An evening of laughter and fun is guaranteed.
