Originally founded in the early 1900s, Oakridge Players reformed in its current guise in 1993. Since then it has performed a WIDE VARIETY OF PLAYS AND PERFORMANCES including pantomimes, comedies and dramas.
WE AIM TO HOLD TWO PRODUCTIONS A YEAR and we also meet up socially every first Thursday of the month at The Butchers Arms.
MEMBERS JOIN THE OAKRIDGE PLAYERS for various reasons: to continue their learning about the art of being on stage, to give themselves a challenge, to take part in delivering good quality performances to the local community and – above all – to enjoy being with like-minded people and to HAVE FUN!
